New vocabulary has been coming almost daily for the little man. Zachary imitates more and more animal sounds (though my favorite remains his attempts to 'guess' when he doesn't know what the animal sounds like - the most random syllables come out of his mouth!), and still requests milk with the word "mih". He's also now starting to identify colors: blue is "bvv", and yellow and red are both "wah".But perhaps the most surprising development is his ability to verbally identify a certain red Muppet, which he started doing yesterday when we read a book about said muppet. Zachary is rarely interested enough to watch the live action version, so it's all the more surprising that this character has become his first multi-syllable, non-repeated-syllable word - and the first non-familial name to boot. During bathtime, he gave a repeat performance:
