The other day I noticed what I thought was a piece of schmutz on little man's cheek. (Trivia: Meh learned from a reliable NPR show that schmutz is quite specifically any piece of dirt whose composition is not identifiable.) But when I went to brush it off, it remained -- yep, Zachary has his very first (switch to high-pitched voice) teeny tiny little freckle!
More animal sounds this week: a lion ("rawr!") and a dolphin ("ee-ee-ee", sometimes so high-pitched that he doesn't quite make a sound.)
